My Therapeutic Approach

I offer psychological support to couples, individuals, parents, and teens in an empathetic, compassionate, and confidential space –particularly for those navigating emotional challenges, relational strain, or significant life transitions. Working from an integrative Counselling approach, grounded in the Multi-Path Model, therapy is tailored to your unique needs and lived experience. Together we explore the interconnected psychological, emotional, relational, and physical factors that influence wellbeing – gently identifying the underlying causes of anxiety, conflict, grief, trauma, and emotional reactivity. Through insight, practical tools and emotional regulation skills, therapy supports the reframing of unhelpful patterns which release internal blocks and help to develop stronger coping mechanisms – creating space for healing, integration, personal growth and meaningful change.

Couples

Couple work focuses on understanding reactive cycles, unmet attachment needs, power dynamics, and communication breakdowns. We look beyond surface conflict to what is happening beneath it – emotionally, psychologically, and relationally. The aim is not blame, but to create awareness, repair, and rebuild safety, intimacy, and mutual respect.

Individuals

I provide a reflective, non-judgemental space where you can explore emotional patterns, identity, life transitions, trauma responses, and inner conflicts. We work not only with thoughts and emotions, but also with body-based responses, – helping you move from surviving to thriving – into clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

Parents, CoParents & Blended Families

Parenting, co-parenting and blended families bring unique emotional and relational challenges – often shaped by past conflict, differing parenting styles, loyalty tensions, and the needs of children adjusting to change. Therapy offers a neutral, supportive space to reduce reactivity, improve communication, and create greater emotional safety for both adults and children.

Teen Challenges

Parenting, co-parenting and blended families bring unique emotional and relational challenges – often shaped by past conflict, differing parenting styles, loyalty tensions, and the needs of children adjusting to change. Therapy offers a neutral, supportive space to reduce reactivity, improve communication, and create greater emotional safety for both adults and children.
